What does Purelent consist of?
Purelent is a pure product with the essential nutrients put together. The composition is created so that per shake, you receive 100% of the daily required and recommended nutrient intake. You will receive Purelent in powder form. All you need to do is add water!
How do you prepare Purelent?
Mix 1/3 of the Purelent bag with water. Shake it well before use. Keep it in the refrigerator to preserve the flavor. The content is enough for three servings daily; that is the daily recommended amount for inclusion of all important nutrients.
For whom is Purelent meant?
Purelent is designed for the average adult person. If you are below 18 years old, or have special dietary restrictions or needs, we recommend talking to your physician before consuming Purelent on a regular basis.
Why should I start Purelent?
Because the time and money saved. It is done faster and cheaper than a regular meal. You do not have to worry about the lack of nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and proteins. Can I lose weight by using Purelent?
That depends entirely on how you use Purelent. If you use it to replace high-calorie foods such as pizza, fries, and shaorma, it is very likely you will lose weight. Should you use Purelent in addition to such calorie rich foods, don’t expect a reduction in weight. When in doubt, and in case of considerable weight problems, it is advisable to consult a nutrition consultant.
What are the short-term effects of Purelent?
Flatulence, mild headache and fatigue occurs in a small percentage of users during the first days.
What are the long-term effects of Purelent?
There are no known long-term health effects. Since the ingredients we use are not new and have been extensively tested and approved, we expect good results. But do make sure to regularly eat other healthy food such as vegetables, fruits and nuts in addition to this healthy shake.
How long lasting is Purelent?
Unopened you can keep Purelent up to 12 months. After opening the bag Purelent expires after 4 weeks. Keep Purelent stored in a dry and dark place. When Purelent is mixed with water it keeps up to a day.

Is Purelent safe to use?
Absolutely. The production process takes place under safe and hygienic conditions in accordance with HACCP standards. All the ingredients are natural or made using natural materials. All nutrients are completely edible and approved by the EFSA, the European Food Safety Authority. We also do business with Dutch suppliers that meet the most stringent requirements in the area of food safety. With general health issues, it may be advisable to consult a doctor and discuss your diet, as well as the use of Purelent. Do not use Purelent if you are allergic to one or more of the ingredients of Purelent. We have tested Purelent ourselves and not encountered any problems. Do not eat Purelent in addition to dietary supplements that also contain many vitamins and minerals.
Which allergens does Purelent contain?
Gluten, Soy, Egg*, Nuts*, Dairy*, Lactose** * These are not ingredients of Purelent but may contain traces of it. ** In a small amount present in the ingredient whey.
How is the bowel movement when using Purelent?
The bowel movement is normal. Because Purelent is rich in vitamins, minerals and proteins the need for other foods may lessen. The amount of food you ingest can be smaller and the amount of stool can thus be less. The number of fibers in Purelent is similar to a normal and healthy diet. The bowel movement may be easier than what you are used to, if you normally eat too little fiber.

What does an order from Purelent consist of?
Each first order comes with a decent shaker and a scoop for precise measurement. 1 bag contains 3 meals for 1 day. So, in order to receive the daily amount of nutrients, you will need to drink the contents of one bag per day.
Can I buy Purelent outside of the European Union?
Due to export taxes and high shipping costs this is currently not possible.
Why can't I pay for a subscription with iDeal?

Is Purelent free of GMO ingredients?
Yes, there are no Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) foods in Purelent.
Is Purelent suitable for vegetarians?
Yes it is also vegetarian.
Is Purelent suitable for vegans?
Unfortunately, Purelent is not vegan. The component Whey is a by-product of cheese making and is therefore not vegan.
